The holiday season is the perfect time to unleash your creativity by creating original cocktails that will amaze everyone.
To help you out, mixologists Andrew Whibley and Ben Lemieux – winners of the Hennessy Global Mixing Challenge and the Hennessy Mixing Challenge Quebec – offer you some interesting cocktails to make with your favorite Cognac.
After the honey and lemon cocktails, here’s another way to impress your guests: the apple cocktail.
MAKE YOUR OWN HENNESSY APPLE.
- 1 oz of Hennessy Very Special
- ½ oz of Apple liqueur
- ¼ oz of simple Syrup
- Moët Imperial
Pour the Hennessy, the apple liqueur and the simple syrup into a shaker, fill it with ice and shake vigorously for approximately 10 seconds. Strain contents of shaker into a champagne glass, top glass slowly with Moët Imperial, then gently stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with apples.
